I understand what it feels like to be caught up in a web of worry and emotional pain.  I also understand the healing that comes from being heard and supported.  I am a therapist and trained listener who can help you get to the root cause of your problems, overcome your challenges, and shift into the person you want to be.  We will take one step at a time, together, to help you realize and actualize your goals. 

I provide a safe and compassionate environment where clients are treated with dignity and respect.  I have many years of experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, grief, and relationship/family conflict.  I work with adults, couples, and families. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach that includes CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness using a Trauma and Culturally Competent framework.

I believe there is always hope and positive change is possible with the right support and coping skills. I would be honored to support you.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and visiting a beautiful beach.  I love flowers, going for walks by the lake with my daughters, making pound cakes for loved ones, and reading self-help books.
