I am a Licensed Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Ellis University. I love the work that I do and have a true passion for helping people live authentic and happy lives - whatever that looks like to them. I am thankful for the space to combine my passion for therapy with my love of fitness and health.

If we decide that we are a good fit to work together, and you are ready to move forward, we will then schedule your first appointment.
