My intention is to provide a safe and empathetic space to help guide you on your path to healing and living the life you really want.

I have many years of experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and career concerns. Clients describe me as caring and insightful with a therapeutic approach that is practical, creative, and empowering. I recognize each client as unique individuals with different needs and goals. There is no one specific treatment that fits everyone.  My approach to therapy is eclectic, which offers you a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, outdoor physical activities, such as hiking and swimming, and playing my dog, Cash.
