Do you feel like you are in a dark place without hope or unable to see your purpose?  I know both personally and professionally that there is hope and healing and change are possible. The first step, and often the hardest, is asking for help.  I offer a safe space for you to explore and process what is going on in your life without judgement or preconception.

I have experience working with adult, teens and families on issues that include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, and major life transitions.  My work is devoted to finding the right systems and strategies that coincide with your values and needs.  I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, which have been shown to bring about positive changes.

In my free time, I love listening to music, binge watching my favorite shows, and kick boxing. In the future, I plan to plant my own garden.
