Gabrielle Hardin, LPC

Has life been too overwhelming lately, and you need a safe space to process it? Are you seeking self-understanding and acceptance? Together we can discover what this may look like for you and bring some relief to your life. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where we can effectively work on the needs you have at the present moment.

I work with adults and teens dealing with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, self-worth, relationship issues, imposter syndrome, trauma: racial, ethnic, LGBTQ+, immigration, sexual assault, domestic violence, etc.; and personal growth. My greatest passion is to look at every client within context and the systems and intersectionalities of identities that play a part in the client’s concerns at large.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and emphasizes pace, meaning you help to inform us where we go. I use evidence-based approaches like Relational-Cultural Theory, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and psychodynamic theory. I enjoy seeing people holistically and within context. My degree concentration in Latinx Mental Health encourages me navigate therapy sessions with each client’s cultural values at center. In doing so, I ensure a strength-based approach.

Thank you for taking the first brave step in searching for a counselor to make a possible change. Even if it’s hard to believe, you are not alone, and healing takes time. At your own pace and with your help, I hope we can reconnect you with your understanding of yourself.

Outside of the office, you can find me “trying” to roller-skate, taking creative pictures, eating out, or walking along the lake. Also, I go by “Gabby”.

My intention is to help you navigate through the noise and find your true self. - Gabby
