I have experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, and trauma. I utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.

I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and therapist. We will work together to discover and reach your unique therapy goals. My goal as a therapist is to give you the support and tools you need for improved well-being and positive change in your life.

 In my free time I like to read, travel, spend time with my family and friends, and watch Netflix.
