Life can sometimes be difficult and confusing.  Our feelings and emotions can become overwhelming or compacted into a box that is often overlooked, compared to, or just placed in the wrong hands. We often walk around wearing a mask to hide the fears, tears, and anxious behaviors that consume us.

Are you considered to “strong” one? Who helps the strong one when the strong one is tired of being strong? I can help by providing a safe and nonjudgmental space to process your feelings and create new ways to approach and solve life’s difficulties.

I have experience working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and general life-stressors. I utilize CBT, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness to open the setting for you to understand self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-reliance. I am trauma-informed and culturally sensitive.

In my free time, I love to travel and spend quality time with my family and friends. I love sports and played basketball in my younger days. I enjoy good people, good vibes, and spending time in nature.
