My approach to therapy and coaching is collaborative and supportive. I frame my work around the belief that you are powerful and have within all that you need to be your best, happiest self and to create the life that you want. You need a safe space where you are free to talk, feel, process, and be heard without rush or judgement. I provide that space and would be honored to accompany you on your journey towards change.
